Orders and Payment

Orders are considered confirmed once a 50% retainer payment is received.

All prices are listed in USA Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Customization and Proofing

1-3 rounds of digital proofs will be provided for your approval before printing. Customers are responsible for submitting accurate customization details including names, dates, and design preferences.

Ivy Lettering Co is not responsible for errors in approved proofs, including spelling, grammar, or layout issues.

Turnaround Times and Delivery

Estimated production times will be provided upon order confirmation. Times may vary depending on the complexity of the order.

Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and carrier. Ivy Lettering Co is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other external factors.

Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

For custom packages, a 50% non-refundable retainer payment is required. The remaining 50% payment is due at the time of production. Retainer payments are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your order before printing, further payment is not required as long as no other design services have been added to your package. If the suite has been sent to production, no refunds will be issued. If there is an error with the wording/design approved by the client, the costs of reprinting are the responsibility of the client

Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, and materials created by Ivy Lettering Co are the intellectual property of Ivy Lettering Co. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without prior written consent. Under no circumstances may this work be used for personal use, nor may it be repurposed or derivative works be made from it.

Limitations of Liability

Ivy Lettering Co is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by third parties, such as shipping carriers.

Publication

Should images of work curated by Ivy Lettering Co be published, Ivy Lettering Co must be correctly credited and notified of the publication feature. This is valid to both printed publications and online blog features. 

We retain the rights to post your invitations and wedding goods on our website and social media. If there is an issue with us doing so, please advise beforehand.
