When should I plan to mail my save the dates and invitations?

We will provide you with a custom stationery timeline to alleviate any stressors of when to mail out your wedding stationery.

Generally, save the dates will be mailed 9-12 months before your wedding day. Invitations will be mailed 3 months before your wedding day.

Can I see samples before placing my order?

We offer complimentary sample kits to each of our couples upon booking. If you would like to request a sample kit prior to securing your spot on our schedule, each sample kit is $50 +shipping. Each sample kit includes various types of ribbon, wax seals, paper, and print methods.

How many invitations do I need?

Plan to order one invitation per household, plus an additional 10% to accommodate last-minute guest additions, keepsakes, or any issues with lost or returned mail. Additionally, we’ll provide you with two complimentary keepsake suites to include in your wedding photos and cherish as treasured mementos. To estimate the total number of invitations needed, multiply your guest list by 60%.

What is your pricing structure?

Each inquiry will receive 3 packages at different price points for you to consider. All 3 packages include full custom design & artwork, a 5 piece invitation suite (invitation card, rsvp card + envelope, details card, and outer envelope). These are full service packages, meaning they also include full suite envelope addressing, assembly, postage, and mailing. 

How long does the design process take?

The custom invitation design process typically spans 4-6 weeks, during which we provide three rounds of proofs carefully tailored to your vision and feedback. Production requires an additional minimum of 4-6 weeks, depending on the chosen printing methods and embellishments. Please note that this is a self-paced process; delays in providing content or approving proofs may extend these timelines.

Can you recommend wording for my invitations?

We will provide you with an invitation information form prior to our design call which will include all things wording and etiquette for your wedding invitations.

Do you offer day-of stationery?

Because of the personalized nature of day-of stationery, we exclusively offer these services to couples who have previously booked their custom wedding invitations with us.

What is the process when working with you from start to finish?

1) Fill out the inquiry form & submit! Keep an eye on your email where you'll receive a free pricing proposal & design board to review before booking.

2) Once you approve your proposal & make your deposit, we start the design process! We will jump on a design call to discuss your vision for your wedding stationery in depth. Each client receives two custom options to choose from based on the ideas and vision we discussed during our design call.

3) After our design call, you will receive three realistic rounds of proofs that we will review in detail to make sure everything is exactly how you envision it. Each proof will feature a variety of embellishments to consider including wax seals, envelopes, ribbons, postage, and more. Once finalized, we start production which includes addressing, printing, assembly, and mailing.
