Each couple receives three rounds of realistic proofs and design revisions. We want to ensure that you love every detail of you wedding invitations and can visualize eaxactly what it will look like.

Handwritten Calligraphy
We address all of your invitation envelopes in handwritten calligraphy including guest address, return address, and RSVP envelope addressing. Choose from a variety of beautiful ink colors.

Assembly, Postage, & Mailing
We make sure every step of the process goes smoothly. Your custom package includes assembly of your wedding invitations. We personally hand your invitations to a mail clerk for shipping to your valued guests.

I. Quote
Fill out the contact form & submit! Keep an eye on your email where I'll connect to learn more about your vision & needs. You'll receive a free pricing proposal & design board to review before booking

II. Design
Once you approve your proposal & make your deposit, we start the design process! We will jump on a design call to discuss your vision for your wedding stationery in depth. Each client receives two custom options to choose from based on the ideas and vision we discussed.

III. Refine
After our design call, you will receive three realistic rounds of proofs that we will review in detail to make sure everything is exactly how you envision it. Each proof will feature a variety of embellishments to consider including wax seals, envelopes, ribbons, postage, and more. Once finalized, we start production which includes addressing, printing, assembly, and mailing.
Each Ivy Lettering Co couple receives a thoughtfully curated design board and quote based on their unique stationery needs. Typically, with upgrades and enhancements, our couples see their final budget averaging between $3,500-$6,000. We handle everything from design to production to ensure you don’t have to lift a finger when it comes to your wedding invitations.
